A collection of coaching cards built for coaches, supervisors, and the clients they work with — on your laptop or phone, whenever you need it.
I'm an accredited Career and Leadership Coach, Coaching Supervisor and neurodiversity trainer based in the UK. Let's Get Specific grew out of wanting a tool that was useful, interactive and neuro-affirming — brilliant as a reflective solo exercise, explored one to one, or facilitated in a group. Whether you're a coaching professional or an individual building reflective practice into your day to day, this collection has been built to meet you where you are.
Every card comes with coaching questions built in.
Images that open reflective conversations — lean in and let the picture do the work.
Four categories — Drive, Spark, Flow, Precision — to identify and communicate what you bring.
Deep values work across Grow, Connect, Create and Anchor — identify values held always, and sometimes.
Understand how you Focus, Think, Feel, and Thrive — and how to put that into words for the people around you.
A playful take on the classic GROW coaching model.

One licence to the full Let's Get Specific suite - all 5 collections, 172 cards in total, plus downloadable infographics for the Strengths, Values, and Self collections. It's a one-off payment, not a subscription.
It's an interactive web app you sign into - not a file you download. That means it works on any device, always has the latest version, and there's nothing to install.
For as long as the service is running - this isn't a time-limited trial. Full details are in our Terms of Use.
Yes - it's designed for exactly that, as well as for your own reflective practice, supervision, or working solo.
Not at all - coaches and supervisors are the main audience, but individuals building their own reflective practice are very welcome too.
Because you get instant access to the full suite the moment you purchase, refunds aren't offered once you've logged in and started exploring the cards. If something's gone wrong on our end (a technical fault, a duplicate charge), get in touch and we'll sort it out.
From time to time, yes - keep an eye out for promo codes.
The instalment option is priced slightly higher than the one-off to cover the extra processing costs of splitting payments into three, and the added flexibility of paying over time. You're welcome to choose the £125 one-off instead if you'd prefer to pay in full.
Promo codes apply to the one-off £125 price only. The instalment plan is a separate option designed to make payment more manageable, not to be combined with additional discounts.
Stripe will automatically retry the payment a few times over the following days and email you if your card needs updating. If a payment can't be collected after those retries, we'll be in touch personally rather than cutting off access automatically - just let us know if your card details have changed.
Yes - payment is handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Genuinely designed with it in mind from the ground up - Charlotte is a neurodiversity trainer herself, and it shows in the pacing, structure, and flexibility of the tool.
