Purchase of access to the Let's Get Specific digital card suite grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the suite for your own professional coaching and supervision practice - including one-to-one and group coaching use - or for your own personal reflective practice if you are using the suite as an individual rather than a coach or supervisor. This licence is for one named user only.
You may not share your account or login details with any other person. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or resell any part of the card suite — including card content, coaching questions, or design elements — in any format, digital or physical, without our written permission. You may not use the suite or its contents to create a competing product.
Physical products purchased separately (including printed card sets) are subject to the same intellectual property protections. They are for personal and professional use only and may not be reproduced or resold.
All content within the Let's Get Specific card suite — including card text, coaching questions, visual design, and code — is the original work of Charlotte Green / Specific Coaching & Supervision and is protected by copyright © 2025. All rights reserved.
Your licence grants access for as long as the Let's Get Specific service remains available and operational. This reflects that this is a hosted digital service, not a downloadable product retained independently of us.
We reserve the right to revoke access at any time if these terms are breached, without refund. We also reserve the right to update the suite and these terms.
If we discontinue the service entirely, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active users at least 30 days in advance. If this happens within 12 months of your original purchase, we will consider a partial refund, at our reasonable discretion and subject to funds reasonably available to us at the time. No refund will be offered where the service has been discontinued more than 12 months after purchase.
Because this is instant-access digital content, by completing your purchase you agree that you want immediate access and acknowledge that your standard 14-day cancellation right does not apply once access has been provided. If something has gone wrong on our end (a technical fault or a duplicate charge), please contact us and we will put it right.
The card suite is a coaching tool and is not a therapeutic, diagnostic, or medical service. We accept no liability for how the content is applied in practice.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
