This digital card suite is provided by Charlotte Green, trading as Specific Coaching & Supervision ("we", "us"). You can contact us at charlotte.specific@gmail.com or via www.specific.coach.
We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, registration number ZC183391.
When you purchase access to the card suite we collect your name and email address. We use this to send you your login details and to manage your licence. The lawful basis for this processing is the performance of a contract with you.
We do not collect any data through the card suite itself. No information you enter or explore within the suite is transmitted to us or stored anywhere outside your own browser session.
Your contact details are held securely and are not shared with third parties except where necessary to process your payment or manage your account access. We use Stripe (or PayPal) to process payments, Netlify Identity to manage secure login to your account, and Resend to send you your login and account emails. Each of these providers processes your data only on our behalf and has its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data.
We retain your contact details for as long as your licence is active and for up to two years afterwards, in line with our legitimate business interests. You may request deletion at any time.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at charlotte.specific@gmail.com.
This site does not use cookies. We use secure authentication to manage login. A session token is stored in your browser's session storage solely to maintain your session and is cleared when you sign out or close the tab.
